Time Trial Rules

You have 20 seconds to answer each Time Trial question.

If you do not answer in the allocated time the question will time out and you will score zero for that question.

Use of the back button is prohibited.

Leaderboard positions are decided by the number of correct answers achieved in the amount of time it has taken to do this e.g. the person with the highest score achieved in the shortest time will top the Leaderboard.

You must be a member of Quiz Factor and logged in for your scores to be entered on to Time Trial Leaderboards.

You must be a member of Quiz Factor and logged in to be able to view Time Trial answers.

You will earn one prize draw entry for every question you answer correctly.

You must be a member of Quiz Factor and logged in for any Time Trial prize draw entries to be added to your account.

Terms and Conditions
In addition to our standard prize draw rules the following terms and conditions apply to this prize. The prize is an Astromaster 130 EQ Telescope. The closing date for entries is 10th March 2015. If the advertised prize is no longer available at the time of awarding the prize we will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There is a cash alternative of £126 for this prize. The winner must be aged 18 years over. The image shown is for illustrative purposes only. This promotion may be conducted over several different websites simultaneously.

How to play Time Trial Quiz?

Time Trial Quizzes are designed to test your knowledge of specialist subjects. The more correct answers you achieve in the shortest time will give you a higher position on the Leaderboard.

You will also receive one entry into the prize draw for every question you get right.

To have your prize draw entries added to your account or have your score entered on to the Time Trial Leaderboard please either login to or join Quiz Factor.

To keep the prize draw fair we also require players to login or register if they want to see the answers.

How to play

  • Select your Time Trial quiz click on 'Play Quiz' button
  • Alternatively you can view leader board or view prize and then Click on 'Continue' button
  • For each of the questions you have four possible answers
  • Click on the answer that you think is right
  • Continue until you have answered all of the questions

To see the answers, have your prize draw entries added to you account or have your score entered on to the Time Trial Leaderboard please either login or join Quiz Factor.

Tip

You're against the clock so don't waste time if you don’t know the answer! It's best to gamble on an answer before the question times out and have a 4/1 chance of get it
